Chiara Caminiti
Chiara focuses on building and sharing knowledge to support the Movement’s work in the field of humanitarian innovative finance. Previously, she worked on hospital and surgical capacity-building, including the development of the Surgical Learning Hub project in the DR Congo.

Jeremy Tan
Jeremy incubates and supports innovative finance projects across the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, exploring new ways to finance humanitarian action. He brings over 14 years of experience in strategy and finance, and previously provided advisory services to the Ministry of Finance in Malaysia.

Simon Meldrum
Simon has worked on innovative finance in the IFRC for over half a decade and is a pioneer of humanitarian innovative finance. He is the Executive Director of the Humanitarian Finance Forum and leads projects and development related to innovative finance across the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement.
